Living in London

Since I was a teenager I've always wanted to live abroad. At 26 I made it with the right help.
My idea was simply to get  a job, any job and learn to handle things by myself. Get my independence and do whatever I wanted when and the way I wanted. Another reason was travelling. Normally in Portugal when you have a job you can't afford a travel expense  and a house/ room by yourself. Everything starting with the flights is expensive for a comun mortal (like se say here at home). With my London life I was able to pay for some trips. Of course life is now on stand-by and I came back home. My english isn't perfect but, made sense to me came out with a bilingual blog. So to all you perfectly bilingual people and native english speakers, I beg for your forgiveness.

What do I miss more about London? This is a tricky question. After a little thinking, I selected these three things. Ok... I didn't put much thinking on it, these were the ones that poped in my mind.

  • Park life
There are lots of parks in London and yeah...going out and just take a walk at the Park to observe nature's job is amazing. And of course, sometimes you need to get away of all the city's chaos.

  • All the mixed cultures
London is a place where you interact with people from every part of the globe and just with that you change your perspective about life.
I have never imagined that I would work with muslims or hindus!

  • Bubble tea
Nowadays there is bubble tea everywhere but I tasted it in London. It became my guilty pleasure 😅

This could go on for hours but, I will keep more details for the next time.
